Poster Session (contributed)
A poster session will take place at 6:30pm on Thursday October 20, in the Terrace Room, Inn at Laurel Point. This session is intended to provide a forum for investigators to present their research work outside of the invited program. We would encourage poster submission from any area covered by the meeting. This will run concurrently with the Reception so that participants can socialize and browse the poster exhibits.
Please note: The recommended size for posters is 4ft x 4ft. Larger landscape posters can be accommodated but can not exceed 4ft x 6ft. If your poster is larger than the recommended 4ft x 4ft size please inform the local organizing committee via email at email@example.com.
